- Crisis line is staffed by trained counesllors who can listen and answer questions.
- They offer support to help you find a safe place and if you don’t plan to come to the shelter they can provide support, information and referrals

- Transportation can be provided to get to the shelter in emergency situations

- Basic needs, some personal items and food are all provided during stay

Outreach Crisis Counselling & Transitional Support
Offering support to women who may be living in an abusive situation, may be inquiring on what options are available or have left an abusive situation and are still trying to maintain a life free from abuse and violence
- Counsellors will support you:
- to help you recognize healthy & unhealthy relationships
- Safety planning
- Access community supports and referrals
- Accompaniment to appointments
- Assistance with accessing housing resources/applications /search
